Z-RO & Lil Flip “I’m High, I’m Throwed (Feeling Good)” (2011, Deep Distribution)
This was originally a Flip and Pokey track (though Pokey’s rap was uncredited) on Flip’s G-2010 Fans Special, which was recorded in 2009, released early 2010.
Looks like this updated version with the King of the Ghetto has been floating around the blogs for about a week, but I heard it when I stumbled across a stealth Z-RO release/comp called T.I.M.E. (Things I Must Earn) the other day.
