Post-hyphy track uses the same Slim Thug sample for the chorus as G-Side’s “Rising Sun” and is owned by 40 Water, but Lee Majors’s Keak x The Jacka hybrid flow adds a subtle counterpoint.
Paper Bag Money (out today, 03/15) is too long, but with features from nearly every relevant Bay Area artist (The Jacka, Keak, Husalah, Cellski, Dru Down, Joe Blow, Messy Marv, C-Bo, etc., etc.) and high-caliber (if not wholly innovative) production, makes it worth a few spins.
