The Jacka & Ampichino “9/11” (2010, Double F Records)
The new Jacka & Ampichino has dropped … the 1st was a favorite of bay area fans judging from what i read on the internets, although it wasn’t one that resonated w/ me particularly, even tho I dig both rappers. This new one is more up my alley beat-wise.

Yeah, this record is worth checking out. Though, honestly, I’m willing to check out almost any of The Jacka’s projects, which is why I listened to The Gobots 2. This track loses some steam at the end, but “Hustle In the Rain” is easily one of my most played recent tracks, and I guess the Rob Zombie-themed motif of this record goes well with the metal I’ve been letting scream at me lately.
Unrelated: Discogs tells me Ampichino is from Akron, Ohio. I did not know that until just now.
